I need help gguys..i've recently bought this fone..then sometimes the external display turns white..it doesnt show anything..it lights only when i use the phone..but its BLANK..but when i switch it off ..it works well then..so is that a hardware or software prob,?? or whatelse

o..hullo ppl well i fink i wanna go 4 a more of a music fone..buh in d budget of d 6131 fone .. buh i'd lyk 2 've a cell wich supports apps. (datz called sum symbian OS, i guess) buh sum userz posted der dat d bluetooth duzznt recieve mp3z!! .. if ure usin 1 n if d bluetooth function iz fine..do let me kno..NE COMMENT'D B HILEY APPRECIATED..n also lemme kno if d mp3 playa goes on wen de flap of de fone iz shut? plz reply soon..

Basically I like this phone but I cannot find any automatic keypad lock and have to put it on manually every time. Does anyone know if it has an automatic facility and if so, how it works please.

i put a password for the memory card but i cant open the card anymore cuz the phone doesnt display it how can i fix that

pls help me !! I cant recieved mp3 songs thru bluetooth. Wonder why? images and pictures are ok, but not mp3 songs. Anyone of you here knows why?? Thanx

this is bcoz in nokia theme creator u are able to attach specific ringtones to ur theme, therefore once the theme is changed the ring tone will b changed...if there isnt any ringtone attached to the theme, the os wil automatically change it to default nokia tone

excellent phone..bought it 3 weeks back..very user friendly.jus one problem..if we change the themes, the already set profile tone changes to default nokia tone..does anyone knw how to fix that??

the hinge is solid, not getting any prob after 1 month of heavy usage(meaning flipping open n close quite violently)

Intended to buy this phone but kept on hold because known for likely hinges problem between the cover and the body which tend to loosen after frequent usages. Appreciate any feedback from current owners whether facing this problem or not. TU

in all, if u dun mind short battery life + not so good mp3 player capabilities of this fon compared to w700 go for it
da w700 cam without AF is not going to b anybetter than this fon , the oni difference is more pixels....i wud suggest u to go for w800 instead of w700
however personally i like da UI of nokia much better than the SE , especially the active standby and calendar and da extensive customisable menu. the oni downside is bad battery + not so good mp3 capabilities compared to SE's w series

Am seriously stuck b/w this phone and W700i.
Both cost same as the diff is made up by memory card which is present in W700i. Also its got better camera but i hate joysticks and love the large displayof this phone. Plz help ppl.Thanks in advance..

The antenna is at the bottom where you speak so you can hold it comfortably with great signal strength.

u cant create playlists, but u can make da playlist by creating folders and put da songs u wan in the folder, coz the player reads the whole folder and play all the mp3s inside the whole folder
as for the sound quality, as long as u got urself a 3.5mm jack converter , with a pair of good headphones i think they wil satisfy u
1 thing to remind u, the battery life for this phone is poor, so if u are a heavy mp3 spammer who needs hrs of music per day, i think u need to charge this phone everyday

I am just wondering about itts music playback capabilities...How wud it be rated if compared with SE W700i....I am planning to buy a phone and i m confused between 6131 and W700i....I know it is not easy to actually compare two diff phones still....I wud like to hv ur opinions, m a music lover n naturally I m inclined towards W700i but the big n lovely screen of 6131 attracts me a lot..Plz suggest

Could any one please tell me which cable i can use for 6131: DKU-2 or DKU-5? Because i can't find the Nokia Connectivity Cable CA-53 as Nokia recommend.

can anyone comment on the lack of protecting screen for this phone? mobile review says its susceptible to scratches.....
