Hi Guys,
I have read few comments on the heating problem of Sony Xperia mobile. I was very much interested to buy Xperia ZR mobile due to its awesome feature and look. I thought to have hands on test on this mobile, before buying it.
I went to the Sony Store and played some songs for at least 2 mins in Speaker mode and socked. The phone's upper part (Near the speaker Area) was started heating. I thought to use an earphone in order to see if the heating problem still persist or not, but unfortunately it was increasing. Then I did the same experiment on Xperia ZL and Z, both are disappointing and heating as the same way as ZR.
Sony should think about it and remediate this issue ASAP as we customers are paying a premium price and we expect best out of it.

2 megapixel front camera for what? Networks are not supporting a video call wih high res. Obviously as the LTE will be available an people will start to mass pay for it 2mp front xamera will be usefull but don't think it will happen soon.

I had this phone for a couple of weeks, but because of a lot of hiss during all Skype calls, I ended up not buying it. Otherwise it is a very good phone.

Hopefully, Sony will upgrade it to at least 16GB(expandable to 64GB) and 2MP front cam. I like its battery performance, has the LONGEST web browsing time of 11h20mins.

Some salespeople are biased to certain items or brands that have higher price, or higher commission. They do not have your needs as your best interest, but their income.

The phone is very good. The reviewers used this phone for a month but ur salesman didnt even use it properly for a day. About the screen, just tell him that the TFT LCD are the most durable screens in the world. AMOLED Screens are better looking but degrade or wash out sooner. If u dont believe, Read Amoled in Wikipedia. Yes it gets very slightly heated sometimes but not after fifteen minutes but after ten hours of continuous usage. S4 is also supposed to get heated after such usage. Battery endurance is 62h. That means with proper limited usage ur phone can last 2 days. Just see the full review of ZR in GSMArena. However, Xperia ZR is getting updated to 4.2.2 and such small issues have been fixed. Screen, heating issues and battery drains have been fixed. For you to believe, I have posted this link.

I really confident with this phone and was going to buy it yesterday but the salesperson say that this phone has problems.
According to what she said to me, this phone;
-was like a regular car being put with a ferrari car's engine.
-it will has screen problems in a couple of months of using because it is LCD screen
-it will get hot after 10-15 minutes playing with it
-the battery is not as good as promoted, we have to charge it 3 times daily because it drains fast
I just don't know what to say, from all the reviews I read around the web, the reviewers only use for a month thought. I just get confused and refused to buy it.
And the last thing I wanna ask, is there any difference between Xperia ZR with model number C5502 and C5503 other than 3G and LTE?
Any opinions everyone?
#She even told me that Xperia V is better than this and suggest Samsung phones.
