very few apps are supported by it..
even in fm their r very few features
vds of mp4 format do not run and if they ,then the phone crashes....2 less features in camera
no inbuilt app for reading pdf files
in comparison 2 this one can buy samsung smart phones in same price range....
i m 2 sad that i chose it 2 buy becoz its looks

Hi, i bought this phone 2months back. Nokia Asha 501.
This phone doesn't search for Bluetooth devices.
Bluetooth Signal is very Weak compare to other phones.
Please don't BUY this PHONE NOKIA ASHA 501.

Very nice phone but I will go for the Asha 503 when it will be released. The 501 is nice though. A near to smartphone experience.

okay, aside from the lack of watsapp; to the phone users who have no problem about the lack of apps, i've been meaning to ask: does the phone hang to the point that even the physical button (eg. power button) has been rendered useless and you have to restart it by taking out the battery? do your contacts' messages get mixed up? would it suddenly delete a contact/ message or give out your contact's number, not name, when he/ she calls? thank you and please reply.

Actually, have no choice but to get an Asha 501.. Its my glObe recontracting period.. I do like samsung galaxy duos or samsung core but im waiting for almost a month already... Ope its worth it...
