It's really cheap! yes cheap on quality!! so glossy thin plastic cover!!! Samsung is leader in making such phones. There is a serious problem with typing. when you type long text, as half of the screen is taken by on screen keypad, you can't see what you are typing!!!! Those who often type long text, please do not buy this phone.

There's a little mistake in the review. Lumia 620 has a 3.8" display, Lumia 520 is the 4 incher.
