hi, my phone will not switch on and is not charging. I have tried getting a new battery, new charger but have failed to switch it on. I have been advised to check software. Can anyone help

very pleased with this robust phone but is there any way I can switch voicemail off?It kicks in too soon,don't have a chance to answer before it comes in.

i have a sagemmw3020 and when i try to use it supplementry service allready in progress appears on the screen and i cannot do anything else with the phone.any advice please.

Hve a Sagem MW3020, I hve the little envellope on the screen and the light flash red but no message in the msg box. I can't receive any msg neither, please help!! How can I solve this prob.

I bought MW3020 3 years ago in UK. Since I left UK, I've never used this,I'm in Japan now. I need this from next week to go EU, but display indicates "SIM LOCKED" I don't know why. If I buy a new SIM card, is the problem solved??

please,i have a sagem mw3020 phone.i've used this strong phone for almost a year now but when a call is coming in and i want to make it an open affair by double-pressing the green button for answering calls which converts it to external speaker,it refuses as a speaker icon below the phone is marked X.

i had my phone for ages and its great but latly there has been about a 2 hour delay between someone sending a txt and me reciving it. its always got signals as well. please help its staring to get on my nerves!

Sagem MW 3020 is just a great cell phone, you can do whatever you want, you can check your battery status just by clicking * when the screen is showing directory and so on, i have composed some ringtones, if you want to share some just write to mi mail: antony_darwinc@hotmail.com ohh i forgot im from peru!!
