just got my phone and unsure where can buy new covers, how to compose own tune- is there a site i can go on to help with that and when a friend sends picture txts they dont come out right, why is this?

The phone is great but one anoying thing about it is that you cant make an outgoing call directly from selecting a number in the directory. You have to go to Options and then select Call.

My model is MY 3020, and I understand but for the metal coloured back cover and antenna in MY, MW and MY are the same. On a whole, it is a beautiful little phone. For it's price of about Rs.3700/- to Rs.3,900/-, it is a real value for money. Yes, it does not have picture messaging! But then, the strength of reception is astonishing, and so is the voice clarity. I have used it in closed elevators, basements, and even in a short tunnel without any problem. Its draw back is its battery time. They could have equipped this with the same Li-ion battery its big-brother 3040 has! But anyway, you can do it from your side, as 3040's battery fits 3020. As regards to downloading ringtones, simply use a search-engine like Google, and you will be shown a number of sites with Sagem ringtones.

I cannot seem to find out how to find my missed calls though it is registered at the bottom of the screen. it only shows the amount of missed calls not the number who has called and missed.please help

I bought the Sagem MW 3020 in U.K. while on holiday but now that I am back in Malaysia, I discovered that the phone cannot accept the local company (Maxis) phone card to use the phone. What can I do now? Please advise urgently as I need the phone to conduct my business.

Really good phone i really like it a lot and suggest that any one looking for a good phone get one of these sagem 3020.

i hav this phone and i like it but u cant get free ringtones or logos for it anywhere and i think there should be a site for it and also u cant get changeable covers from anywhere when u should be able to.
