I have just got the my401c but there is a flashing light on the front which really is annoying. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
please help me i got this phone for Christmas off my mum. can anyone tell me how to save anything that is bluetoothed to me on to the memory card as i can't find a way of doing this. thanks mike
The USB driver for Sagem phones can be downloaded from http://www.planetsagem.com/ in the "Tools" section.
I also recommend downloading MPAS version 8.03(from the same "Tools" section). This will enable you to upload ringtones to your phone.
There is also an application called Wellphone XT that will synchronize address books and whatnot with your PC. Unfortunately, it's not free.
why this phone doesn't support the 3gp format ? i copied a file with this extension and this sagem is telling me "refused"..why? has anybody the same problem? please..solve me

got this phone as a gift, absolutely love it.
my only problems with it are that my screen has some stray pixels that move about from time to time (no its not dirt) so its going in for repair,
i enjoy mine now i have a gig memerey i can do aall i want on it like listen to music and watch videos
Now i see that the imode models aren't provided with an LED indicator , the LED Settings were placed in the multimedia section in settings menu . right ??
Where is the multicolour LED light , because in my401Ci (iMODE) isn't present any thing like this ????
a few things are wrong... it does have Mp3 tones and USB... so thats wrong and yeh all in all a good phone : )
Nice rubberised design, triband, bluetooth, usb, micro sd card slot and mp3 player, video/recorder. Uses 10 led color schemes for calls, sms, mms, alarm and battery alerts. Plays mp3 songs as ringtones.
Average display, vga camera, & speaker volume. Paid $99 prepaid in Australia and after 2 months use, I haven't had any problems so far. My rating 8/10
