Hello,i was using this phone two years,he's battery was very low and i didn't saw that! When u put the telephone to charge but the telephone start picture was: battery low ... it didn't turns on , what to do ? please help me :/

Hi I have the following problem with this phone: after I try to launch camera after 5seconds of waiting I got message "Failed to launch application" and I can not take any pictures. Does anybody had this problem and how did you resolved? I did factory reset but that did not helped.
