Sagem MY X-5 - user opinions and reviews

I have had lots of colour phones, t68, nokia colour phone and the panasonic gd36 and take my advice this sagem model myx5 is classier, faster, more durable and fits more than other colour handsets!!

I bought this in the UK at Virgin for £139 and have to say that the phone is far better than I expected it to be! Firstly, the "look" of the unit is better than most top-of-the-range phones out there.. then you have the colour screen that is very easy/pleasent to navigate. The ring-tones that come with it are not the best (bar 2 very good ones) but you can download new ones.. The only down-side is that there doesn't appear to be any speed-dialing (programmable keys) beyond the left/right shoulder and voice-mail.. but otherwise, beautiful and looks better than the Nokia 8310 I had.. (easy to operate) .. and because not everyone has them, people take more interest in your phone..

Has any one managed to upload wav files to there phone? I spoke to sagem about this and there sent me a wav which i download to the phone but i cant create my own.

If u dislike the the sagem try the panasonic gd67 instead far classier and more refined.

hi people, i use a Samsung T100, woudl you say this Sagem is a better phone as im thinking of buying it as my second phone, but i need to be able to put my O2 sim card in it.

i got my phone on virgin then got it unlocked by them, as far as i know there is no unlock solution offered by means of a cable and some software.

its available on orange contract to! you could get it unlocked but im not sure if its possible to unlock sagems ! i will research it in for u!

i wana put my o2 sim in this phone but apparently its only avalible on t-mobile!? or can i get it on an up grade?

mark: hi fi ringtones means the cow, dog n frog n birds i think! or is that the polyphonic or hi fi ringtones means the proper song ones.. no u cant record your own & sign up to www.sagem.tk if u want to no more :d sign up to the forums its easier to access then this and you can understand the posts more easily:d (sorry for the caps its to capture attention)
