I wrote a review a while ago slating the phone because it has terrible support. I`d like to take it back as since I have found a decent cable and sites that have really good ringtones on it the phone has really gone up in my opinion. Facias are still a nightmare to find (If anyone can help please let me know)but it is still a great phone for its price :o)

I bought my sagem,my-x5 when it came out in December 2002, though I love the phone and I want to upgrade but it is giving me a software problem in the sence that when swithced on it goes off and start's rebouting, it start's over like you just on it form a complete off. Kindly assist me before I make a dare mistake

the my x5 is a reliable an easy to use phone with interesting featurures such as
downloadable hifi ringtones and screen savers, wich you can find at mysagem.co/uk
for free!!!!! only the desing is not very modern but that can be easely changed by buying original covers at low prices

The phone is not durable. I got one at a store in Lagos, Nigeria 3 months ago. And now, it doesn't work again. If switched on, it hangs immediately. All efforts to get it repaired proved abortive. I recommend emphasis should be on presentability as well as durability and not the former alone.
