Samsung Android Mobile software

Calm was among the top apps in the Apple Store for 2017 and the success did not remain unseen by Samsung. The Korean smartphone manufacturer has just announced through a press release a partnership with the wellness platform which will bring the guided meditation and sleep programs to the Samsung Health app.

The setup begins from the Mindfulness icon in the Samsung Health app. Then you have to create an account with Calm, if you don’t have one already, and you get all the personalized features designed to help reduce stress and improve sleep. The seamless experience stretches to the Galaxy Watch Active wearable that will pause and play meditation sessions and track stress levels.

According to Alex Will, Chief Strategy Office at Calm, over 100,000 new people are downloading the app every day. However, there is no public data how many of them stay loyal after the end of the 7-day free trial period, after which you are prompted to pay either $60 per month or $300 at once forever. And once you register, you can't delete your account, even if you are not a paying user.
