i had this phone for about 4 years(if i remmember right), it was a great phone although its speaker doesnt work properly now(it has a very quiet sound and seems damaged,btw i treated it well,it looks so new but this happend to it)

Disable call forwarding and restat the phone

u can get it fixed in Irla in Mumbai near Alpha 2
