hi this is krish from kadapa .i like this omnia i would like to purchase soon .can any say working of 3g (specially video calling)and net.one more question that in this price range windows are not coming,i am i right or not (waiting for your response)

I went to buy this phone, instead i was told that this model b6520 has been discontinued, n showed me some other models, should i go ahead n buy this phone?? Is it ok n sensible to buy a discontinued phone?? I need your immediate help. Please help.

The phone's battery is good . I recharge it once in 2 days(1-2 hrs of calls everyday + an hour of EDGE browsing everyday) The sound quality is very good (better than the Blackberries) The only complaint is the small screen ;and worse the low resolution . The directional keys are also not very handy. Hey if you can shell out some more money go for a Blackberry. For this budget this phone is good.

polo, 18 Jan 2011please some one tell me how do i tell if ma phone is fully charged...Go to power management in settings. Or else install third party application resco explorer & check system info.

good battery life
almost 6-7 hours you can continue online
7-8 music play back
a too good user interernc like pc
gps and wifi works great
apowerfull wi fi can go for 1 mbs by the to me only 300 kbps
in 3g it have hspda so no question about it
this have windows mobile 6.5 smartphone os
so pocket pc apps dont work
pocket pc comes for touch windows
go to mail settings for push email settings
this is realy great in 7800

Edge OK, GPS ok, Wifi reception ok and im even using the phone as a wifi router. So everything good so far. I have not subscribed for 3G so not sure abt 3G performance. Otherwise everything fine as of now.

I had a Monte for the last four months and now got this as a second phone. They compliment eachother. Together Monte and Omnia Pro would satisfy your every internet/multimedia requirement while on the move.
It was easy to get Monte configured up and running, however with the Omnia Pro its a different story- I cant configure pushmail,cannot configure streaming media, cannot install win 6.5 apps, cannot get the GPS running. There is hardly any info about the configuration in the web. Overall Im happy with the phone because of the features it offers at this pricepoint. The build quality is decent (Feels sturdy as it doesnt flex , however the finish is undeniably that of smooth plastic ) No trackpad and a tacky center button(since its a win fone the centre button is not indispensable) Then yea apart from that its got everything that my iphone 3 has- well atleast all the relevant things) To sum it up Monte+Omnia Pro has actually dethroned the Iphone atleast in my kingdom :-)

stay connected always with your friends

and also a good wi fi
adobe reader also and
windows
what you can took in such price
dont compare with google's high price mobile
this is realy superb
and oh
i missed some thing
it has great camera
and who told about screen
65 k but realy too bright then 265k screens
i am very happy and satisfied

I personally have tested this device in a showroom, very reponsive device, word excell and powerpoint works great but I have not been able to test for internet browsing.like all windows mobile features are the same.The camera is not bad and with Divx player i think this set is almost complete.I have a little preference for this device to samsung B7330
