daniel chukwuanu, 11 Sep 2009so how do i deactivate the key lock assuming that's what happened .by the way daniel, instead of pressing the power key to light up the phone if the key lock is activated, you may press the 9 key instead.
I got myself the e71 4 months ago and i thought it was the best phone until i got a second phone which is an omnia pro 7320. omnia pro turned out to be much better. im planning to get rid of my e71 once the omnia pro 7320 comes out with another color. thats how good this phone is for its price. its got a really cool holster case to boot. processes data way way faster4 than the e71. my e71 started having problems after i put in all my contacts which is almost a thousand. my omnia pro never gave me headaches. i used to be a big nokia fan when i got my very first cellphone. I had been through 5 nokia models before i switched to the samsung brand 4 years ago. my omnia pro is my 4th samsung phone because i upgrade yearly if new models come out. my nokias were consistent in giving me problems by way of them having to be reprogrammed every couple of months so they dont hang. my samsungs were perfect. until the e71 came along. i thought nokia had improved. I WAS DEAD WRONG.
daniel chukwuanu, 11 Sep 2009so how do i deactivate the key lock assuming that's what happened .sorry daniel. i was busy so i just read your question. go to seetings then press the confirm key and select and press MORE then select and press SECURITY, then select and press DEVICE LOCK then UNCHECK the square. enjoy your phone. way way better than the e71 which is so overrated. actually all nokia phones are overrated.

Vishal, 10 Sep 2009I have seen this phone in stores now and had hands on with its features, too good, sleek, spec... moreHi Vishal,
That is a good prices, from where are you buying it . . I will highly appreciate if you can share the vendor details with me on firstname.lastname@example.org . I also plan to buy one.
How is the audio quality (music) of this phone? and the build?(I have held one in my hand and it felt very cheap and flimsy - one unintended hit and the thing might crack up)
I am confused since I really need to buy a cell with an OS and Wi-Fi + decent music. both e63 and e71, as reviewed by gsmarena, have bad audio. Am inclined twards 5800 now that prices ave dropped. any sugestions (preferably within 18000 INR)?
This is a very nice phone. My last phone was a Nokia and this time, I wanted to go in for Samsung B7320 and sure it didnt disappoint. My Verdict..Good!!! Go for it. [Note: Only available in one colour - Cappuccino Brown]
daniel chukwuanu, 11 Sep 2009i bought this phone few weeks back , thought i can say its great phone , i have some irritatin... morethat blackout problem u have only happens if u activate the keypad lock. if the lock is not activated, u can press any key and the phone lights up. if the lock is activated, all u have to do is press the power key for just a fraction of a second and the phone lights up again. good day daniel
