I don't know if any other OS handset having this facility. I found this phone worth buying after considering all available dual SIM phones for the past 3 months including the newly released Motorola x128.

I am using this mobile for more than a week this phone is amazing and dual sim performance is so good and 3g options are wonderful.
1. good battery life,
2. Excellent camera with smile face detection,
3. Inbuild 250 mb memory and expandable upto 16 gb,
4. Good network support while video call,
5. Good browsing speed and net support,
6. Excellent sound in speaker and in headphones,
Totally a amazing phone any one can go for this mobile without any fear,
