Anonymous, 10 Sep 2010Max, i m trying to figure that out too., together with how to save pic from a web and to send ... moreAs far as I know this option is not available, just to be sure I sent a question to Samsung support, my previous phone D780 didn't had it as well, however if u receive an sms with number in text body, it will be highlighted in blue, tap it and a menu will pop up for dialing/sms/ or add to phone book. I'm still searching for your other inquiry.

it will be a great phone, if samsung will come out with a bar type dual sim phone (dual active standby) that features a 5 mega pixel or more, 2000 entries in phonebook, expandable memory up to 32 gigabyte with micro sd card, blacklisting of phone number for unwanted messaging and calls, large font size that are readable, calendar, alarm. the size, shape, and appearance that looks like nokia e52 or nokia 6700. if this happen, this kind of phone will be selling like a hotcake in the philippines and other countries. guys do you agree?

I want a dual sim / standby phone as I'm ... moreHughesers, i have completely emptied my left pocket which housed the pda used for internet. true, we all need a one phone for all uses. unfortunately i cldnt find one just as i wanted, a windows based with 2 sims. ths one comes close. i buy it for the time being, until ever they come out w such product..as u insist, shld be with GPS.

Almost there..... lack of GPS means I won't buy it.
I want a dual sim / standby phone as I'm sick of carrying two phones (one work, one personal) however if I'm going to have one phone, I want it to be an all singing - all dancing smartphone and I'm willing to pay a lot for it.
I think the manufacturers are missing a trick here.

AG, 07 Sep 2010If you downloaded it using your mobile directly from getjar web site you'll find it by clickin... moreHi AG, looks like i just make do with getting opera dwnloaded everytime i want to surf or google for info. just had a consolation of using the samsung keypad by touching the screen in the opera mode. opera keypad is bad..sorry to say, but their zooming function is excellent. now i m replyg to u thru the hp, which i was unable to, previously.

Anonymous, 07 Sep 2010have downloaded opera athough it is inside memory, cannot open from the menu (i.e. no shortcut... moreIf you downloaded it using your mobile directly from getjar web site you'll find it by clicking Games icon under main menu, press more button and then connections to make sure you have the right internet connection, then click on the opera mini icon which you need to click every time you activate it (all java applets need to activated every time), another good browser is UCWEB ver 7.2 En -which allows for 2 Tab browsing at same time- , you can download again from getjar web site, however as you mentioned none actually uses the virtual qwerty kb nor changing to landscape when rotating phone - mini opera does by pressing *# - as dolphin browser does, but on the other hand they don't display page too large as well.
So no perfect browser yet :(

opera however lags in the keyboard department, and the letters/character change is too fast, if u are slow, it will go to the next space...

Gman, 02 Sep 2010No problem guys. I believe the problem with the screen in the sun is the same with lots of TFT... moreCan I ask for what should we use this option, any way the sent sms is saved in phone memory, as for the turning sim off, the phone can still access the sim and read/write on it.
