i can not download the pictures and videos in my laptop.
if any one who have the same experience please advise how to download.
i have instaled the kies cd 1/2.

this model is very bad.not satificion
prolem:
1.always hanging .
2.automatice switch off.
3.some file is open( page to large close some application) is showing.
4.oper mini,uc browser is working but not downloading in anything.
pls solve that problems.

The phone is not upto the mark. Most of the times it get jammed. Moreover, the phone which I bought is having a software problem. The alarm is not working properly.

This phone gets hanged at times.When a message or call is being received,other apps cannot be opened or even other keys will not work.Other features are okay.

This mobile is not user friendly as a normal other similar phones.It gets hang the system frequently and not easy to use it as a modem to connect computer.

this is the worst phone i have ever seen in my life. i purchased this phone six month back and after that four times i visited samsung service center. but the problems be remain same. so its my request to all of you that please don't buy this phone at any cost

You should us the ICM_111222_Setup program to help you finding the "good" parameter depending your carrier

Really i buy this phone with lot of exepetations........but i am disappointed a lot at first...but afterwards i came to know we can connect internet to pc from phone......with installation of saftware......its very good. now i am enjoying internet from phone to pc with perfectly.........
