Best dual phone in the market nothing better than this B7722. ihave it for 1 year now no problems. Browser is nothing special and slow rest all very good till now

First of all kindly i want to ask about snapshot camera zoom, Exist or not, And how i use this option.
Second how i dial the second no. or third no. i save it under same name.

I have B5722 now... Is this mobile a good update to 5722? 5722 does not support apps that use GPRS connectivity... 5722 does not support youtube videos.. Does this mobile have solutions to these problems?? Thanks..

Hello All ;
I wonder if any one can help me?
This my second Set in a week and it freezes for no reason just almost when i almost do anything like Answering a call and it even doesn't ring when i receive a call.
The dealer changed the Set twice but it's the same problem.
Any help is appreciated
