Capacitive is indeed more accurate and brighter and indeed more expensive, but it's based on Change of Capacitance, since you body is a conductor. however, it's lifetime is less, and is Not as responsive as Resistive touchscreens.
Resistive touchscreens are cheaper and way responsive, but they are not as accurate or as bright, yet they have longer life times.
Also you can use cheap styluses (any plastic item) with resistive screens to exploit handwriting recognition. Currently there are new styluses for capacitive as well, but they are more expensive (4 times or so)

sagar, 25 Dec 2010hey frnds can any 1 tell me which 1 is better between samsung monte and samsung star duos?????... morehey sagar..... i am almost a regular user of this site and i really love this site. actually, if u talk about the look... obviously this dual sim phone is the best. u r getting good camera,good flash but i wold like to advice u that instead of buying samsung phones, u could buy nokia phone... this is always recommendable bcoz this nokia phones have a much longer battery life than samsung.

i'm not able to save web pages on my b7722. Whereas dolphin has no option for saving a web page,i could not save pages even while using opera mini. The phone does not probably give read/write permission to operamini. I also failed to download anything using operamini on this phone. Can anyone help? I shall be grateful!
