Samsung Android Mobile software

Samsung has introduced a new feature in India for its digital assistant Bixby. It's called Bixby Cricket and is aimed at cricket fans in India, where the sport enjoys a huge fan following.

Bixby Cricket will enable users to check the score of cricket matches and get other updates through their Bixby-enabled smartphones or TVs. Users can ask Bixby "What's the score?", "Show the world cup points table" or "Show me upcoming matches" to get an instant response with relevant information.

Samsung teamed up with sports content platform Sportskeeda for the Bixby Cricket feature. It is already available for existing Bixby users, who don't have to download or install anything to use it.

Bixby Cricket couldn't have been introduced by Samsung at a more opportune time in India since the world's second-largest smartphone market - also known as a cricket-crazy nation - is currently hosting the ICC Men's ODI Cricket World Cup 2023, with the tournament final set to take place on November 19, 2023 in Ahmedabad between India and Australia.
