I had a c-100 for a year. Very good phone,indeed, but after a while the screen colours began to fade, after about 10 mins. talk time.The total time for dialled/received call was about 4000 hours. The battery it's not that bad. I talked 3.5 hours continuously...Anyway, in the last 2months I had few other phones (Sony-Ericson, Nec, Siemens M55, Nokia 6610). Finally I got another C-100, coz I love it.

Samsung C100 is a bussines-style user frendly cellphone that is very practical for he's IRDA. Perfect phone for a dynamic person who is time dependent and sometimes stops for a hot cofee with his friends.
Samsung should work on the battery capacity, and profiles on the phone.
I'm opptimistic that in the near future will appear a better C100.

Sam Sung c100 is a nice handset.
One one of the user in the country.
Currently I'm facing problem with language on the phone,it was erroneously switched to chinese language,while i'm english speaker.The phone has no option to return to english menu. Please assist me to get out of chinese language and go back to english.

hi i m using samsung c 100 since a year,i m having some problems with it everytime i sitch it it initilase and after some time it hangs,some of the customer shopee representative told me to reset the software in it and some told me to change the software.what should i do.please tell me.plz send me e mail
