i have bought this phone yesterday, it looks cute and nice, but opening the back cover is hassle, its like your going to break the phone in half, next is the screen is not that responsive, specialy when dragging. mispress is very common, but i can say, i like the widgets and features, but i think next time i'll go for a S.E. yendo or 5233.

Advantages
1. Battery life is good.
2. Touch Screen is good.
3. Resolution is good.
4. Handset audio quality is good[Dual Speaker].
5. Message typing is good.
6. Maintenance of contacts updating new number,Default number for a contact.... Everything is good in Contacts.
7. Widgets and GUI is good.
Dis Advantages
1. Audio Player dont have User Equalizer settings. You can use only pre-configured.
2. Call cannot be recorded through voice recorder.
3. Stupid in creating play list. Coz I am using 8GB card. Some 1000 songs, tough to maintain in playlist.
4. Video player dont have forward/rewind
5. Menu cannot be accessed while in call.
6. Headset quality is low. Cannot be compared to Sony Ericsson [Headset only]

well i'm just buy this phone yesterday.it is compact and great in hand.i sold my x3 for this one just because the radio auto turn off feature.
a little disappointed with the quality of sound.but it is good on other things.
menu very fast,good screen,the font have shadow easy to read and make it seems like 3D.
good respon on the screen,better than my omnia and 5800xm or any nokia resitive touch screen.
good battery life.
my only complain is for the sound,not as good as x3.
camera good enough for the price.medium speed when it write to save but no pain to wait like in symbian s40.
i never use the stylus,it has no handwriting recognition,so the only usefull thing i use it for my omnia.
the virtual keypad is responsive but the potrait qwerty is too small.
i dont plan to use it to browse internet so i dont know about the browser.
the thing that suprise me,it has bluetooth message
and bluetooth file browser protocol,it mean when u pair champ with other mobile,u can browse the file from other mobile file system.
i've pair it with omnia and i can copy the omnia file from champ just like USB OTG function. it is priceless to have this XD
bluetooth file transfer very fast.
FM scheduler priceless.
FM auto turn off also priceless, now i can sleep when im using the radio and never worry it will drain my battery in the next morning.
FM build in antenna not sensitive but its oke cause i can plug my broken 3,5mm headset to work with it.
i think it is a great phone,except for the loudspeaker
and audio quality.it have more basic function than nokia x3 s40,speedy and good touch screen experience.it have kinetic scroll.its not a smartphone so i dont expect to add any apps in this thing.
great job samsung but i wish it has more good sound quality.maybe next champ succesor with smaller body will do the trick.
