no...samsung c3782 evan is not a dual sim active phone...it is a dual sim stand by phone...

samsung c3782 evan is being launched on 15th september, 2012 in india...price would be approximately rs 2500/-...it's really a budget phone with elite features...thanks to samsung...thanks to samsung lovers...

this is very attractive design. Samsung i am waiting in this design in QWERTY with 2000Contacts and 2500SMS memory. And offcourse Dual Active Sim like Samsung 5212i still i have..
