why can't I play my music in the music player? my mp3s in my sd card isn't appearing in the music player, why is that?

its stated in the specification before i buy it..that it has dual sim, but when i received it..its only one, also. it has the apps but i cannot install apps from it. its so disappointed but.. i have no choice but to used it..i hope i can replace it with a new one with a high prize , if its okay ..

for me,its not good phone,even though thre's a dictionary and other pre-installed apps,but i can't install any apps,Samsung Mobile Philippines,Can I swap it into any other phones under the brand of Samsung?i am not happy with this phone.....

Just traded in my i5 for it. unbelievable device. Everybody in donskies is jealous because they dont have one. fair play to the samsung for making a handset with the wifi at such a cheap price.
