Using this phone for 3 months and there are 2 problems; battery runs-out fast and I can't upgrade its firmware because of unknown problem! Is there someone experiencing these problems too?

i enjoy using this phone for three reason. Easy to call and text with one hand, you can throw it around and it is durable, and should you lose it or want to replace it after a few months - no problem - it's cheap.
