i´m been using it for about 2 weeks and works fine. using a BT dongle to send/recieve data works great ( threw away the software that came with the dongle and just connected directly, no prob. ) the thing that bothers me is that i haven´t found any way to get the wake up tone to be any1 of my mp3:s? don´t think u can make it work.. or? suggestions?
but all in all a great phone and considering i have only had nokias before i was positively supprised..

Does any1 knows how to set the computers' Bluetooth to communicate with D500?I have an Epox Bluetooth Dongle.Also I can't figure out why I can send data only to the otherz D500,and in the rest I can't!Strange thing!Does anyone have some codes?
Please help me!My H/W Version is: MP 2.800 and my S/W Version is: D500XADL2 17:37:10 .
Could the H/W or S/W be damaged.In Samsungs I'm a beginer,I had almost only Nokia ,until now.I saw it I bought it!

PLEASE HELP ME, SEND ME A SOLUTION OR SOMETHING!

After having read most of the reviews and raves about Samsung D500, there's no force on earth that can stop me from buying one. I hope it would really live up to my expectations.

Hi all, i have had my D500 for about a monthe and it is great. Just wondering though, i have like a little Cassette/tape picture on my screen that i can't get rid of, plus i have like a square with zig zag lines in that i can't get rid either. Please help.

Hows the ringer volume on this phone when setting an mp3 as ringer? is it clear... in a noisy environment is it loud enough to hear the ringer?

How i wish i have this phone for real but do the manufacturer forget that its necessary they include FM/Radio receiver. Does it cost any task to do this???
Then I shall wait for the next product with FM/Redio receiver.

Hey all...I've had my black D500 for about a month now and hasn't given me a single problem yet, WOW what a great phone hey! One question does anyone know of a website where I can download games for the phone onto my computer and then transfer them across to the phone using the bluetooth. I live in South Africa and am having big problems trying to download games onto my phone via wap...the websites just steal my money and never send me the wap url :-(

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and if anyone knows how to turn the damn operator logo off that would be great!!

i think its a great phone. everyone should look in to getting one instead of some old nextel or any nokia phone.

This is my second D500 in a week. Both phones have terrible speaker quality (when listening to a caller- not on speaker phone). It sounds rather muffled and tinny compared to my motorola. Very dissapointed indeed :(

my samsung has a same problem. when i tryed to turn on it's turn but with blank white screen. it's work but i can't see nothing.
now it is in the service and a wait to be repaired. brrrr... hurry hurry
i used it 20 minute when i buy it.
it's excelent phone the infrared is so speed i have upload 1 song - 3mb for less than 5 min. it is really very fast because when upload to a siemens or lg 3 mb is transfered about 10-15 min.
CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHERE CAN I FIND GAMES FOR MY EXCELENT D500 :))))) plzzzz

Hi..i bought this phone but when i tried to turn it on,it doenst want.It just start and then go weird.its brand new phone.What can i do about it?it doesnt react on anything...

Hi,i have black one d 500 and my girlfriend silver one.I am very happy with the phone.
However both of us lost part that cover the plave where the charger is plugged to the phone.How phone does not look very nice.Could anyone tell me where i can buy those part?thanks guys
