im im torment cos i got d500 a few weeks ago now and i did not get a manual book with it and im trying always to try to download one off my pc and cant seem to find it to pint off could anyone help me i love the phone itwas second hand off ebay from a shop

I love this phone. It was given to me as a gift 2 years ago and still still works like new. I hav no problems with my phone.

i had this phone for more than 2 years now, and its still working perfectly, dropped it hard 2 times and still, not even a single scratch, how good was that..???
too bad, the keys are now not as sensitive as when it was new, gotta press it hard to make them work (its killin me when i'm texting or navigating this phone), probably because the last drop..
but overall, great phone, not the best of camera or music player, but again, nice design n look, good features, and of course, very outstanding durability...=)

This fone must be one of the most horrible phones I bought! It has a terrible MP3 player, terrible browser, no FM radio, no Memory Slot, and I spent nearly $64 changing the Ribbon 2 times! I regret buying this fone when it was released and could've put in another $30 and bought a N6230i, which is MUCH MUCH better!

the most unbreakable fone. had it thrown over for three floors, bounced over and over, had been stepped on and all, but hey! the fone is still working and is forevre alive and in good shape...
i so so love this fone. its been with me for two years now. long live d500.

I have had one of these for 2 years and it is the best phone that I have owned. I upgraded to the newer version and ended up selling that and returning to my trusty 500.
A great phone, long battery life and just the right weight with a great sliding action.

I have had mine for two years and, in my opinion, its the best, tightest bundle there is. Correct weight and fits beautifully in the palm of my hand. The sliding action of this phone is engineering art. No fumbling as in the clam shell. Navigation is logical and is quick to master. 1.3megapix camera still does the trick for reference shots.
I drowned it accidentally in VB(Australian beer)one hot morning and thought I had killed it. Panic naturally set in as I thought of the time consuming consequences losing all those numbers would bring about. Now I have A Motorola v9....and miss my D500 terribly.

i bought mine in london in 2005 and still using the phone till now. just a few minor scratches but this phone is great and love it very much.

the design of this fone is fashionable and nice.. but the problem that i encounter is that the fone can't accept .jar / .jav application.. another thing is that it can't accept wav file.. pls. to those who are using this fone.. email me if you are experiencing this problem also..

i had this phone for almost 4 years, and it works really nice. the features are so fashionable, and it looks so cool. i can't hang around with my friends without bringing this phone. I really love it.. but i want another pohne right now. It want something that is more on features and memory. thanksss so much..... i had a great experience with this phone. its fashionable!

okay,i had this phone and as a phone to get after it goes... DEFINATLY get the samsung U600. brilliant phone ckeck it out o this site i have written loadz about it except its under the name pinkblaze
highly recommend both samsung U600 and D500!!
