ok. I have kinda figured out what a mmf ringtone is. Do you need bluetooth to get the ringtone from your computer into the phone?
Please help me....I have no idea, and I am really interested in getting this phone but I want to know if I can get it to ring and vibrate at the same time.
What is an mmf ringtone? How do I get one? Can an mmf ringtone be used on the D500?
hi guys i have the nokia 7610 and i was thinking of buying the D500.does any one know if its a good idea or no.should i wait for the D600 or just buy the D500.plz email me cuz i really need your opinion and if you think there are other phones worth waiting please tell me about them.my email is email@example.com
Hello, İ need to know that if samsung "vibrates" during a ringtone.
And does it also vibrates during an "mp3 ringtone" ? This info will be critic to my decision. :) Thank you...
been trying to decide about this phone for a while, always been a nokia fan and swore that i'd never change, but after reading this site and reviews i thought that i'd give it a go. A 1.3m pix camera, bluetooth, 262k screen and an easy menu(important) this phone has it all. choose this phone you wont be dissapointed.
if you want to ring and the vibrate at the same time
just find a mmf ringtone with the vibrate
I have the D500 and I use it on the Cingular network in the US. The phone is great, but the only complaint I have is that I can't access the Internet or send or recieve text messages on this system. Does anyone know if there is anyway to reprogram the phone so that I can use it on the Cingular Network. Also, I sometimes have problems connecting to other handsets with Bluetooth, for example, I can connect with my old Motorola V600, but was unable to connect with the new MPx220 from Motorola, and also had problems connecting with the Blackberry. It will allow us to connect but when trying to send info it says connection failed. Anyone have any suggestions to what I can do, if so, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. My main concern is being able to connect to the Internet or send or recieve text...if anyone has any info, please email me, thanks!
Will somebody please answer me??
Does it bother many people that the phone does not ring and vibrate at the same time? Does it really vibrate for 20 secs before ringing, and then once it starts ringing it stops vibrating??
How do you download mp3 files from your computer to your phone, i have tryied the easy studios but it will not work, is there any other way.
Also how can i download music on to my by using my phones own internet, i cant find how to do it.
The external speaker(soundmate) connects to the D500 through a mini usb port built in to the phone.
Can anyone tell me if songs downloaded to the mp3 can be used for the ringtone?
Also...does the phone vibrate for both message and incoming call?
Awesome phone, really enjoying it after my Nokia. Anybody know how to get a ringtone or mp3 set as a ring tone, to vibrate at the same time as it rings. Within the phone there are 2 saved ringtones that vibrate while ringing. I cant set this as an option within the phone settings as it only allows either to ring, vibrate, or ring then vibrate. I want to be able to set it to ring and vibrate at the same time??
i am interested in buying this mad az fone, i was juz wonderin about the external speaker, wat does it use to connect to the fone? eg: bluetooth, wat? or does it have to connect to the side like iv seen in some pictures?
thanx pplz l8rz
Do you have a Nokia? Then trade it in for the D500. The menu system is so simple, you won't need to learn anything, it's so intuitive. I hate phones that I have to constantly refer to the manual to operate (eg Sharp GX30), and the Nokia menu system isn't THAT good, regardless of what the masses think. But with D500, you forget all your previous phones in an instant.
The phone is ok to look at, not the funkiest phone, but it's so black and cool, it wouldn't look out of place on Darth Vader.
Build quality seems next to none, but I haven't dropped it yet, so I cannot comment.
The screen is great, not quite as clear as the Sharp GX30, but picture taking is a breeze. The ring tones are of incredible quality, shame about the choice of tunes.
If you give this phone as a present, the presentation box could raise some eyebrows. Samsung have a knack of showing off their goods, and this is the best yet. Chanel and Clinique would run a close second when it comes to packaging.
