to the person asking about setting the phone for email.
go to messages-email-settings-email account-account settings.... and set up ur settings. u can also change the email profile it uses, by clicking email profile..
then i think u have to go to the website of your service provider, and register your phone for email..

I work in carphone warehouse along with my friend karen we both have the d500 and think it class most people say that the phone is old but we think its the BEST MOBILE IN THE WORLD!!!!

i just got a d500 and i wanna know how to put songs on to the mp3 player.. it didnt come with a cord it only came with this little thing that u stick in the side!! i need help

One year and 3 months old
Arrow keys not working properly anymore and
screen keeps scrambling every few minutes
Flung it against the wall in a fit of rage and buying a new phone now. Definately not a Samsung again.

had this fone 4 a year now (well at christmas) and it is ace!, it has the biggest built in memeroy, and the battery can last up 2 3 days none stop. it still looks cool, fine camera (i.3 mp) and nice sound 4 mp3s, if u want a cool cheap reliable phone then go 4 the d500, or most samsungs cause they r really gd

Excellent phone and these are very very poular. Ultra relibale ( much better than any Nokia or Erickson I've had before) Very easy to use and really a great phone.
Battery life is good and reception is generally better than other phones my friends have.

when you buy the D500 on orange do you get the sound speaker???????? because i am thinking of getting it but im not to sure is it true the slider brakes easy i no the screen is selicate tho coz my m8 broke hers

wouldnt even bother wasting your money.
My silder broke, and now the screen is a mirror image.
PLease take this into account.
happend to a few people i know, and samsung said it was a VERY common problem.
$95aus to get fixed, ILL GET A NOKIA

i bought mine recently in australia. In the box i got:
the phone
handsfree kit
external speaker
charger
booklet
the deal i got also came with bluetooth headset. and i think you can get some that come with the USB?
As for music, at the moment i have about 12 songs on it. And i read somewhere that it can hold about 20-30? but im not sure.
And to transfer things to your computer you either need a bluetooth dongle, or the USB that goes into the phone.
