keeps getting bluetooth activation error and cannot pair phone with other devices. please help

I asked a staff member at vodafone today and they said if you want your pics from your phone to your computer then you should buy a bluetooth dongle which makes ur computer bluetooth and easy transfer.. could work with phone book, ringtones etc.

@Marcus - Mobile phone insurance will not cover you for a warranty issue or wear and tear. You should pursue the warranty through your provider, rather than direct to Samsung, this way they may be more willing to help you, if you are within the year's warranty

you need a USB data cable, its an optional extra. The USB cable plug is located on the right hand side of the phone, its a little black thing that slides down. hope this helps

i want to get the D500 but im not sure if its worth it. I always liked Nokia and i cant decide between Nokia or the Samsung D500
Nokia has got better features in my opinion, but still undecided.
