to 3la2: try clicking on "reload" icon on the toolbar of PC Studio AFTER connecting ur usb cable on the phone and the pc - it's the first button with "RE".
to shubham: try downloading PC Studio 2 from www.samsungmobile.com then install it on ur pc

Hi i'm using this from one month , but the only prob is that whenever i use the GPRS, i cant download the image where the download option is not given , so how to copy the image , as one can do in nokia 6600 . Pls pls help me in this matter. Else its a Rockin , specially with the extra speaker .

i got dis 4n a couple of days ago its a sik phone u can hack peoples phone with it and jax stuff lol an it had can store bare tunes and dare loud 2 but its a sik 4n

hey guys , i've just got the fone 2day & i'm facing a really big problem , my pc does not recognize the connection with my fone , the PC Studio shows the word ( OFFLINE ) always , while when i insert the usb in fone it makes sound & when i insert it in the pc it also makes a sound , does anybody has a solution for my problem ??

Baz .. what do you mean make it last longer? what do you want to capture on video .. a wedding? it films till the phones memory ends (90 MB) .. i think that's enough.. and to answer your question.. no, there's no other posibility

ive had this phone for a month and bam i dropped it with the phone case on and it cracked my phone screen.so like 1/2 of my screen is a blur.what should i do.can i get it replaced?do i call samsung or tmobile?dang man...i cant even tell the time on my phone!

It is a great phone, but I am having one small problem. I have a usb cable, but I am unable to upload my pictures to the pc. I have a windows xp os. please tell me the software required. thanks

to transfer stuff to and from pc to d500 you have to have Samsung PC Studio 2.o installed on your pc. the CD should've come with the phone when you bought it, otherwise, download the software from samsung's website.
Once installed, you can then use the program's File Manager to upload or download from your phone. Phone should be connected to the pc via the USB cable that also should've come with the phone.
Do not expect your PC to show that your phone is connected to it like it shows for instance, a flash disk. I was looking for that at first, too, but it's only through the File Manager on PC Studio can you see that ur phone is connected to ur pc already. Hope this helps.
The biggest disappointment I have with this phone is that is does not recognise picture messages sent from Nokia phones - it says Incompatible Message! What a shame! With all of D500's features, it can't do a basic thing that a phone should be doing - receive SMS messages! at least i get to see who sent me the message :(

hello, i think this is one of the of the best phones in this time , but one thing i'm asking for : can the camera zoom the picture ? if " yes" , how many times can the picture be zoomed?

I had purchased D500 10 days back and i had exchaged the jpeg wallpapers via bluetooth and i found they are not compatable and same with midi and real ringtones can anybody help in this matter what the format that d 50 will support in wallpapers and ringtones and left out with the handset every thing is fantastic specially the slide option and mp3 ringtones.

d500 can transfer songs/pics to computer and phone using bluetooth. If ur transfering pics from d500 to ur computer. make sure u use a bluetooth dongle to connect w/ ur computer(unless ur comp has bluetooth already). gl.
