hello!!!i'm travelling to USA the next month and someone from there told me to ask if my cell phone (samsung D500) works in the USA....! i don't know why he told me to ask but if there's someone to tell me, i'd appreciate it very very much!!!

I dropped mine in the toilet by mistake, i took it out and waited for it to dry, still worked perfectly. the speaker just recently gave up, so i put it away for a few months and now its missing... even though i upgraded, i still wouldnt mind buying one of these.

Its been 4 years and my D500 is still going strong. want buy a new set but cant as my D500 it running as smooth as ever. Great set. I was a Nokia user but after D500 i cant think of buying any set but SAMSUNG. If you are thinking of buying it, you may do so with your eyes closed. No matter how rough you are with the set, it won't disappointing you. Best set ever i guess.

The best phone I have ever had. It just died on my now after four years of constant beating and careless usage. The battery was too par all the way to the end. The only downfall is that you can´t copy phonenumbers from the cell too the simcard.

Riesel John, 18 Oct 2008This Phone Was Good At A point of Time, One Morning I Woke Up The Phone Was Not Coming On I Th... moreI lost huge money for buing this D500 phone.I don,t no what fulish problem Samsung has.It was working year fine but One morning my cell's charge is empty , after that it was turn off.I charged several times but fail, go to repair but nothing positive.Since than it was totally dead.My earlier Samsung also has same problem.
Good advice "Never buy Samsung".

best phone ever! the camera features excellent pictures and e n o u g h space for photos too! tough too! still have mine, battery has had it after 8 years. i'll buy x2 and 2 spare batteries if i can find any!trix loubser

Have been using this phone for nearly 5 yrs now and dont remember the number of times it must have fallen down or the number of times it got wet.. Still is running perfectly with each and every feature and part in perfect working order. I dont think a phone to match this ones durability was ever made. As a matter of fact if I get a new one I will buy it imediately..
