just got a D500 but try to use internet and try to download music but it not work. i have cingular carrier. customer service say its not cingular phone so not set up. can anyone help me how? please

Hi. I have just upgraded to the D600 but all my numbers are currentely saved to the phone and not the sim card. I cannot find a "copy" coming up?? Only "copy all to phone" which I don't need???? Can anyone help please??? Thanks

-D500 doesn't support .WAV files
-You cannot set sms tone for specific contacts.
-There is no custom sms tone...
-You can only use preinstalled sms tone.
But i never activate my sms tone, cause thevibra of D500 is okay

its a really good phone really worth it to buy but the only thing is that after a while it starts to freeze.

I have a brand new D500. Today I opened the back lid to copy the IMEI number. When I put the lid back and turned the phone on, the screen was white, as if the brightness settings had been changed. The phone is operational (I can make and receive calls), but I can't navigate the menu. Any idea what might have happened? Might be the LCD screen? Does any one know about a trustworthy customers service in Buenos Aires, Argentina? Thanks!

yr jpg file may be too big. i try transfer >600kb jpg file from computer to phone n it failed but it worked with 200kb jpg file

kim if ur fone has broke so many times on u when ur on a contract with somebody they shud change the fone for u u shudnt have 2 pay for it..i work for 02 and used to for bt mobile aswell and this is the contract terms if the fone keeps breaking they have 2 replace it for with a different make and model or a fone of the same value..

I reallyliked this phone when i got it about 5 months ago, on my recommendation my friend got one too. He has been back to the shop about 5 times having it repaired various faults, i thought perhaps he was just unlucky but now my phone has gone as well, Screen is just white cant do anything with the phone because i cant see the screen. I am having a new one sent out tomorrow so i hope this one lasts as i have taken an 18month contract with this and if the phone doesnt hold up long enough to las the contract then i will have to pay out for a new phone. Apart from the fact that this seems to be a problem with these phones they are good while they work

i'm having problems transfering my jpeg images from my comp to my d500. i have no problem transferring my jpg images from phone to comp. any one else having this problem?

hello, I am looking to buy this phone. Can someone please tell me all the good and bad points of it. battery life, camera, is it easy to text (size of keys) any problems at all. Does the predictive text work okay, ie can you input words into the dictionary as on some phones (O2 phones) you can't.
