Upgraded from my Nokia 6600 to this magnificent phone. This phone is small stylish, handy got a whopping amount of memory and is just brill. 10/10 need i say more. Actually i wish i could listen to my music and use bluetooth at the same time, thats the major drawback. On my nokia 6600 i could do anything i wanted when bluetooth was been used on my d500 i can't.

I just recently bought this phone and i love it, the only problem that i have is when i have it in my carrying pouch, when an incoming call comes and i reach to get the phone out of the pouch it automatically rejects the call without me pushing any buttons.Is it because there is a magnet on the flap of the pouch to keep it closed thats causing disruption?

hey can any1 help... i lost my mobile the other wk n cnt find it..so am looking 2 get this 1 but dnt know if it is worth it..Is the camera good? and is the phone easy to use? can some one please let me know on that otherwise i will look at getting the motorola V3 thanx

D500 Samsung is wicked, excellent picutre quality and ringtone quality, easy to use and cannot see scratches on the black case. Hoghy recommend it.

d500c is crap n rubbish phone because no quality mp3 player n poor camera n poor battery n brought this sg$500 n sold $400 n a big loss dont waste ur money n buy sony ericson n i recommend s700i,k750i,e680,e680i,really value for money n samsung is cheap skate phone n dont be fool by their 7mega pixel n all is nonsense

Got one. Like it a lot. Probably the best one I've had. But... when taking photos image names start numbering from 0 again after every clenaup. This causes name conflicts when storing to PC. Anyone have a workaround for this?

Please can you tell me how i can get my caller id personalized. Meaning photo ID. I tried to do it but it keeps sayng empty.

anyone can help me please. I just got this phone, but I couldn't transfer MP3's in it. I already installed the USB driver, and the PIM manager software. But my PC is not recognizing the phone as USB mass storage. Can somebody tell me what exactly to do to transfer MP3 files....I would really appreciate your help as I am dying to listen MP3s from this phone. Thank you ver much....

Hey Mick,
Don't worry theres nothing wrong with your phone. You just can't zoom in on the highest resolution. Its just the way it is. My cousin had the same problem and found that when she made the resolution smaller it could zoom perfectly.

hello every one.
i,am a first timer in this forum and i being reading all sort of helpfull information you guys post up here..so i was wandering if any body could help me out.
i've recently got a samsung d500 and i can't get it to zoom when i am using the 1280x1024 resolution,is that normal?? or is there something i need to do??

Paul can't help u there.. but i can give u an advice .. buy a bluetooth device or a data cable and transfer mp3s from you PC to your phone. That's the easyest way 2 do it ;)
