why is everyone complaining about o2 as if that's the only network who have this phone???
simply choose another network, because obviously o2 is crying to sell these phones.
and you cry even harder because o2 waits too long to release it. doesnt make sense to me.
Can any1 please tell me how to transfer music to my mp3 player on this phone please, would be much obliged for any info, i have installed the pc studio software but can't suss it (maybe coz i been havin a wee shandy watching england) but please help if u can, cheers.
I have just got the D600 with T-mobile 200 mins anytime & any network + 100 texts for £33 per month min 18 months but with half price line rental for 12 months = £16.50 per month and then £16.50 per month for life after the 18 month period.
Is the sound of this phone better or worse than the k750i??
An how is the volume of the mp3s? Comparable with the d500 with soundmate??
I bought mine today, i love it! It has everything, there are no down sides :p
you said b4 that the video recording of samsung D600 is not as good as it's video samples in it's review in www.mobile-review.com , is it really so different ??
How bad is it ??
plz answer, really important to me, as the samples are still good in it's review in www.gsmarena.com
can anybody tell me if they have a problem with D600 playing AAC/AAC+ music files as mine wont and according to the phone specifications it should do!!!
Already got mine since monday here in the Netherlands, on the Orange network. It really is a fabulous phone! Everything they told it would be able to do it does! I'm very pleased with it!
i have just spoken to the same dept and they still claim the phone is not on the system..so can't actually order it..
Can you confirm they said the D600 was on the system and that it has actually been ordered?
Hi all, i ordered D600 on o2 via www.onestopphoneshop.com (a branch of carphonewarehouse). I'm basically porting my number to o2 from 3, which means im in the same boat as someone who is upgrading on o2. Anyone have any ideas on how i can speed up the process, everyday i'm told it will be in the post tomorrow, yet i am still waiting... And unlike most of you, i can't threaten to cancel the contract as its not like they're losing anything. Please help....
Crikey, its been 2 months of waiting and being messed about to get there.
I have been onto O2 retentions for 1/2 hour with the threat of canceling my contract.
You have to drive a hard bargain but you'll get there in the end.
To confirm I have upgraded with O2 offline for the Samsung D600. It will be with me by Friday. I got 12 months 1/2 price line rental, an extra 100 texts free and 1 month free!!!!
Thanks all the peeps on here for the info!
Has anyone managed to actually order one of the D600 from o2 offline retention dept?
Got D600 yesterday. Not so happy as compared to my previous D500:
1. Not as well made. Feels 'tacky' in the hand. The slide up is not as easy as D500 as there is no 'ridge' to push up.
2. I think this phone is cheaper to make than the D500.
3. Too big.
4. Camera is now exposed on the rear, gets finger prints on it.
5. Maybe wait for Nokia's new sliding phone??
it would appear o2 sales staff have been told to give people who ring the retnetion dept an "amazing" deal casue of the truble with this phone the complete mess they have made of launching it.
I like other i am sure have been lied to by them and are very unhappy.
I have a feeling the offline sales staff have been told to give anyone who complains an "amazing" deal to keep them from going to another network.
o2 have serioulsly cocked up this phones release and lied to their customers.
Ordered my D600 upgrade yesterday (free f charge) any idea when I'm expected to get this?? Any other customers been told when??
O2 offline now have told me that they have the phones in stock but they are waiting for Marketing to put them on the system. They cannot order the phones till that has happened...
I have poility told them that there are alot of annoyed offline customers wiating to order phones.
Well I ended up getting 200mins and 500texts for £15/mth for 12mths but had to pay £50 for the phone. They wouldn't budge from that and were happy to let me cancel my contract. Seems like it's just who you get to talk to. Also, I ordered the D600 yesterday and when I phoned today to do the cancelling contract blag they had no record of my upgrade order. Am wondering whether they'll tell you anything to get you off the phone, but it's actually all rubbish and none of us will get the phone or these great line rental deals! Mass exodus to vodafone anyone?
is thee sound clarity of this phone comparable to SE 750.
.? i m talkin about the volume also
