and you have to buy a usb cable u can get them off ov ebay for £5 or out of your local phone shop which is more expensive

I have had the e720 for about 4 months hardly any problems at all yes i have noticed that it scratches pretty easy just wanted to help other users. The charger does not show on the actual phone that it is charging it will show a red light then green when it is full. That really confused me :-o
my battery actually lasts quite a while a little disapointed as the e710 came with a spare battery but this did not have loads of mmp3s and the sound quality is good

can someone help me please. i have received an mp4 video file anf it plays fine, but there is no sound. what is the problem?

i just got this phone a week ago and i think its great. it took a while to get used to having had just nokias before. the only downer i think is there is no loudspeaker that i have found :( also it gets very scratched easily has anyone else found this a problem? get this phone if you like cool flip useful phones xx

can anyone please tell me how to convert a video file so it will play on my phone.
I have tried converting into mpg4 but when i try to play it back i keep getting "Unsupported file" message.
Does anyone know of a converter that will do the job ?
Any info great for me and my "Dull" phone cos it needs spicing up a little with some comedy clips and music vids.

I just bought this E720 but I couldn't work out how to use the Easystudio to download the music files from PC to mobile.
Could anyone please help me?

kerry - you need to download the PC link software (PIMS & File Manager) if you want to download or upload files to ya phone and PC

The samsung E720 is really great,the camera function is beautiful but there are problems about its memory it's too small to store some MP3

i have a e720 and the ring volume is very poor , is there any way i can increase the volume above number 5 on the phone

I got this phone on the Optus 55 plan too..
I must admit I think the sound is inferior to my sonyericsson t610... You gotta turn the volume down a bit perhaps otherwise the voice seems to distort a bit..
It also seems difficult to record sound with the microphone effectively (very quiet).
All that said I still love the phone :)
