well why not go for the N6230i? it has the crispest screen around ....a MMC (big plus),radio, edge, ifrared and loads of other stuff + even its initial price is less than this phones price...so why not go for that?
i'm just getting started with this phone and i would like to transfer/ download mp3 musics. the package doesn't have the usb cable to connect to the computer. my questions are:
1. how can i transfer/ download mp3 music without a usb cable?
2. can it be done thru mms or sms?
i would be grateful for your response.
no speaker phone means you can't talk with speakphone...but can still hear mp3s
I'm really confused.... someone please help me out. By the way thanks for replying to my other one Jim :) well i was wondering since the e720 has no speakerphone, how do u listen to the mp3's?
so it works fine? You see, I had this silly Nokia phone, and it wouldn't work proper with bluetooth.. so.. Just wondered. But what about external speakers? does that follow the phone? or do you have to buy it separately?
Can the MP3 player also play .WMA files? Those cost less memory space...
oh, and why buying an USB data transfer cable? I would buy an Bluetooth USB stick. It's cheaper PLUS it goes on all the mobiles with bluetooth...
I just wanted to know how much the e720 is IN POUNDS please and if the e730 is going to be worth buying and how much is it going to be and when is it going to come out?
hi there everyone. i just want to ask if it worth of bying E720.how about its memory?
Forgot to say that T-Maobile have put their logo on the front of the phone. One of the reasons I would neven join Orange is their daft logo ruining every phone and now T-Mobile UK seem to have joined in !!!!!!!!!!
Just received the e720 on T-Mobile. Initial thoughts are that it's a nice phone but as always there are a few problems.
Good points: Nice screen both inside and outside, menus can be accessed by their number so when you get quick there is no need to use the icons, build quality is good with little plastic covers over the sockets, Jabra BT200 bluetooth headset works OK,keyboard easy for SMS and uses T9 with user added dictionary, ring tones very loud,
Bad points: Battery life may not be very good as I trashed mine in a few hours playing with the camera etc (will charge and see in normal use), RF reception not as good as Nokia 6610, can't play MP3 music thru' bluetooth headset, changing keypad tones only effects number keys so you still get normal beep for all other keys, clock wallpaper on outside LCD only on for 2 seconds so pointless, T-Mobile did not supply any software for download etc, bluetooth file transfer not working yet to my laptop but still trying, T-MOBILE UK HAVE FORCED LEFT MENU KEY WHEN IDLE TO BE WAP CONNECT AND ALSO CENTRE MENU ICON (THIS IS THE MOST UNLIKELY FUNCTION FOR ME BUT IS EASY TO SELECT),
I will post more as I explore further but initially I like the e720. However the battery life may mean I send it back.
hi! i'm thinking of buying either this phone or the samsung D500, both look great and have really good features but how many songs can the E720 store? This is a really important feature to me.
Thanx for replies, appreciated!
Hi! this is such a nice phone! gosh, I'm definitely going to buy it when t's out here north! =p
does anyone know if there is extrenal speakers with the phone?(like a headset or something?) and a USB cable? or do you have to buy them separately?(if there's no USB cable includet, does it work OK with bluetooth when you communicate with the computer? like when you transfer Mp3's and pics and stuff?
I just got my E720 and I fell in love with it....I wasn't sure if I was going to get the Razr or the E720...after researching I decided to get the E720. I've heard too many bad reviews of the Motorola Razr.
PROS:I like the E700 improved design, compact, nice 1 megapixel camera, mp3 player with 90mb storage, color external screen, extra mic for video recording, external buttons for mp3 player, bluetooth, external picture caller id, nice loud ring, 2 flash lights which gives you good nightshots, java software..overall all you need on a phone.
CONS: the wallpaper is extremely small due to huge numbers and taskbars in the phone. God I hate when they do that! The E715 has a nicer screen cuz you could actually see the wallpaper.Don't like the menus, they could have been made nicer...
By the way does anyone know how to make the clock smaller on the main screen so my wallpaper will appear bigger? Because if it is the way they designed it, the nice color screen is not worth anything....
Thanks for your reply, you mistaken my question... I know there is no built in loudspeaker handsfree... I was refering to the cabled handsfree speaker :-D the plug and also refering to the bluetooth one :-D But thanks for your answer... really appreciate it :-) ... has anyone tried with a bluetooth handsfree kit? Since the phone does not ring and vibrate at the same time... this feature is very important to me :-D
I have just ordered this phone, absoluetely great specs, it can play loads of videos and Mp3's, and it has a fabulous screen nd cam! This should be great and I'm getting it tomorrow....
PLEASE is this phone able to record sound? like can u press record, say sumthing and then listen 2 it?
First let me say what a great site for the serious folk looking for genuine review, only that i find there are too many Chaves on here who are only interested in phones that have all the bells and whistles. If u really need a device for taking pics of your own genitals and sending to frends then good look to you Chavs, instead of moaning on this site about not enough megapixels or poor image quality then go out and get a camera, all most of us want is a phone to make calls and thats all not all these silly ringtones.Well all i can say is its time some of you started to wear your Burburry hats the correct way instead of back to front and got yourselfs a life.
