Anonymous, 06 Jul 2008my boyfriend bought it yesterday, and the pictures taken using this phone is pixelated.. ... morethe pics made on 5MP on this mobile are shown on every PC correctly and are really nice. As the phone screen can not reproduce 5MP, some pixels are grouped if the pic is reproduced on the phone. This is a complete normal way of handling images. There is simply no other way or the phone screen should have 5MP resolution as well. Enjoy the F480

Dan, 05 Jul 2008I have used this phone for the pass 6 days and encounter 2 drop-calls while talking with my fr... moretwice happened to me too, that after loosing the network by being on places with weak signal, the phone do not reconnect to the network. message as "no service" is given. need to switch off/ on the phone to make it working again. Be honest this happened in both cases within the first day I used the phone, later never had any problem anymore also never had dropped calls as some members here.

I have used this phone for the pass 6 days and encounter 2 drop-calls while talking with my friends and another 2 encounter whereby the phone did not recover after loosing the network when I enter into a lift.
Samsung service center has no answer for me today but request the phone to be check by their Technician.

My personal problems with phone are:
*Call dropping
*MP3 player is of very poor standard (music quality is poor) and it is hard and very time consuming to scroll down the list of songs
* The touch scrolling feature isn’t very fluid and smooth
* If I’m on the net and also want to make a phone call, I must close the internet screen completely. My old MDA Vario 3 actually allowed me to minimise the internet screen so I could make a phone call and then return to the internet page I was viewing. The Samsung F480 won’t allow me
* I can’t copy and paste numbers from the internet i.e. i can’t copy and paste a number to be dialled.
PS. The internet is pretty fast however!

Anonymous, 05 Jul 2008it's a copy of the lg pradaA copy of the Prada, yes and no. Let us state it is a more powerful Prada. The design looks almost the same, but I think there is nothing wrong on keeping something beautiful as the Prada design alive. Technical however, this phone is far above the Prada. Telling this ia a copy can be considered as correct as long we just look the design, inside the small black box there is nothing that smells as copied.

Can someone help me set up push email. I have set up my email accoun but whenever I click on 'Messages' then 'Email Inbox' then 'Options' and then 'download#', the message appears stating that my passoword or username is invalid.
However, I have tripple checked and yet the problem continues.
I am using a yahoo account by the way

Believe me, I have it in my hads here
