I just got mine from Orange.
Brilliant phone. Easy to use, Thin, Loud call volume,
I would give it 10/10
All this crap about this been a LG copy is just sour grapes. Yea they may look similar but a copy I think not. For one the TOCCO is smaller and thinner, Than the VIEWTY. The buttons are totally different, so one is smaller than the other they have different button designs and the keypads are different, but you say they look the same, Get real. The only similarities are they both have touch screen.

I have never understood people saying one phone is a copy of another. Come on people the mobile phone manufacturers only have so much they can do with designing a mobile phone.
There’s bound to be times when two different manufacturers look similar, if you prefer LG’s the buy an LG if you prefer Samsung then you know what to do....

They are free, just copy and paste the link, copy the picture on your computer and transfer to your phone via the USB cable.

Surely there must be a way of activating them. I checked out some demos on Youtube and still no mention of it, but noticed one user demonstrating images with the night time and sunset pics as options. Anyone any the wiser? Other than that more than pleased. Great phone.

Just bought the phone yesterday.
Pleased with it so far! Nice features, looks smart and I personally think it's a great multi-media phone. The photos look good, music player seems to be adequate and FM radio's a nice touch too.
I've copied a few photos from my PC and they look excellent! The PC software is worth a mention. It's straight forward, simple to use and basically offers everything I could ask for.
A couple of downsides to the phone though...
I find the flat screen a bit difficult to text with, although I have just changed from a SPV-E650 which had a QWERTY keypad. Also, I came on this forum to find out about downloading extra applications to find a couple of people saying that it is not possible which is a real shame.
If anybody knows otherwise I would appreciate a sharing of your wisdom!

I have returned this after 4 days. Terrible battery life and UI is unbeliably frustrating.

Hi had my phone for 3 days, and so far I think I really like it. The only thing that baffles me is where does the phone get the backgrounds for the "hold" screen. There is some pics that is not in any of the phones folders. I want to take out some images as I dont want the flower pics :/

Anyone know if it is possible to change the webbrowser to landscape orienttation. at all.

I was considering LG Viewty but i wasnt keen on the fact that it was LG, same features and alot better brand/reliability. I would gladly own this phone :)

The F480 will not work with stylus, as the touch screen is design to react to the tip of the your fingers only. There is an upcoming version for China market, however, that will. I will be waiting for that one ;) patience is a virtue!

Other than that I think the phone is perfect.

The Camera on the front is for using 3G Video Calling, and as for the dialing display - the colour is fixed and cant be changed. I think in the GSMArena review it also mentions this. It is confusing as the menus are virtually identical to other sammy phones, which do include the themes option. Sadly, the 480 doesnt
