samsung f480 is so poor iv had 5 replacments and all have broken with in 10days max .
phome looks nice but drops calls every 20sec and turns its self off

hi all , i am a user of sumsang e 250 i adore it , its a very good phone , i want to upgrade a bit and get f480 but i want to know if i can make a password for each folder like the e 250 (password on messages , other one on video or music exct... ) or like nokia phones one single password fo the whole phone and if its one password is that a program to download to have this privacy ?

I just bought this phone the other day. I've been trying to upload videos onto the phone but they never seem to work (avi, wma, mpeg files). An error message on the phone saying "Unknown file format" or something about bit rates comes up every time i try playing the video.
I was wondering if anyone would know if i need to convert the files to some format first or am i doing something wrong? because it was advertised to be able to play wma, mpeg4 videos.

i've got the 4n, touchscreens are not userfriendly but if u play around with them U'LL UNDERSTAND them.its cool
