don't trust this phone. the picture not clear enough even though the camera is 5.0 mpx. the picture not good as Nokia N73 (3.2mpx)

I work in a phone shop and have been selling the F480 for the past few months. At first glance it doesnt look like it has a lot to offer, but is really is a fantastic little device. I've now been using one as my personal handset for the past month and apart from a few flaws in the software design I'm very happy. The camera is great and face and smile recognition are a lot of fun to use on those friends who always refuse to cooperate, the music player and computer linkup are top notch and very easy to use and the phone itself is very responsive to touch, with the option for vibration feedback to indicate you've hit a button. A few things to consider before you buy this phone are; you cannot change the theme, if you've had another phone in the past and loved the freedom to change the background and ringtones to a specific theme that match you'll understand my frustration when 30 minute after getting my phone I dicovered this piece of information. The screensaver is the default samsung pictures and that can't be changed. It's really easy to accidentaly click on something when you're trying to scroll up and down the screens. I love this phone and for this month is it definatly my number one pick. If you want something that is easy to use, but stylish and full of new technology, the Sasung F480 is the phone for you. :)

i have this phone.. does anyone no if you can change the menu appearence.. apparently you can.. and also how on earth do you get the camera to take a picture so you can see yoursef doing it?

Valentine girl , 14 Feb 2009Can someone PLEASE tell me how to change the sms tone. pleaaaaaase?!you just go in to settings then to profiles then edit the general profile and there are 3 options along the top of the screen the middle one is how you change the sms tones

Hi,I'm thinking of getting the f480,but I was just wondering if you can add a sat-nav type programme or google maps,like the built in programme on N96.If anyone can understand my question or now what I mean,then please help!.or if you can recommend a descent phone that does..

when your are listening to music on your samsung tocco is it possible to be using the other functions on the phone at the same time ie.(text messages and games)? please could you get back to me on this , thank you , i find your website very helpful.
