san, 25 Dec 2011i have unlocked device i just wanted to ask that will it be locked on updating it to window... moreif ur talking bout carrier unlock (AT&T ) then u wont have issues mate, it'll update smoothly . I was talking bout unlocked windows OS 7 itself , like jail-breaking the iPhone

it to window... moreu can always upgrade you phone to any updates available from microsoft without getting your device locked as it is factory unlocked
i too have an unlocked samsung focus and i updated it 2 months back to mango...

GPRS and 3g connectivity is bit of an issue with windows mobile after updating it to Mango. As u know this mobile is us at&t version so GPRS and 3g connectivity will drop and u need to restart to get the signals. No proper gprs settings for Windows mobiles from Indian telecom operators. All i did was i have manually selected my operator instead of automatic and this solved my problem, but still GPRS n 3G connectivity with this mobile is an issue. Reg whom to buy? Well u can buy on ebay from any seller, look for the one who is reputed n buy it from him. cheers.

It's features really... moreThe mango update is available in india !! works fine , the maketplace is also accessible and u can have an access to all apps provided that u sign up with a windows live id with your region as the United sates !! I'd advice u against going for windows mobile from android if ur more of an app person the apps available are very limited and most of them are paid !! the free ones aren't impressive !! But the super AMOLED screen is awesom-er than even HTC desire HD's LCD display .. if ur going for this mobile it should be for the screen and for the UI and live tiles and people hub of windows ..
