1.... Connect the phone to a laptop and backup data....
2..... Copy memorycard too
3.... Carefully Remove phone from laptop
4..... Clean your phone let the looks new and give that to someone free..
5..... Purchase galaxy s5
Now your phone successfully updated to lollipop 5.. Enjoy
