Lol everyone here is talking about ram, ram is surely not the pros of the phone
Yes the RAM yes! Yes! Yes! This phone is such a perfect phone but the RAM is kinda disappointing. I'm disappointed on samsung for not importing the 4GB ram version into my country, or else it would be a perfect one
Good phone, everything good. But not the ram
A perfect phone to get now in 2020. I still recommend it in late 2020 or even in 2021. If you are getting one, make sure to get the 4GB RAM version instead of 2GB RAM... I met too much problems with the 2GB RAM version.
Good cameras, enough storage, decent screen (720p makes the battery life longer), the screen looks vibrant (although can't be compared to AMOLED), solid build (I accidentallt sat on it but it didn't bend at all). 2 years Android updates is a great feature for an entry level smartphone to have! It will last till Android 11
The speakers are mediocre... The sound quality is so-so. If it supports Timelapse I would appreciate. If it has more RAM, yeah my daily driver phone till years later. And so it has less RAM, the whole phone lags behind phones that have 3gb RAM.
I shouldn't have bought the 2GB ram version, so that the phone can last more years
Yeah you guys spoke the problem of this phone, the RAM...
Good phone, good screen, good cameras, good battery life, good storage, but the RAM makes it not perfect. If the ram is sufficent I would still recommend it in 2020 as how much the price dropped and the slim body
The phone is not good. I recently bought my samsung a10s and now the battery keeps draining so fast even if i turn on the power saving mode. I also put the apps to sleep but nothing changed.
Really a great phone, good software, I'd have to praise the big display and battery life. The camera is not too good and lags when I record a facebook story. The image looks watered down but it's usable. Applying some saturation tends to help.
If samsung didn't make the 2gb ram version like other smartphone vendors, really a good phone that will last more than years.
Now i'm switching to S20 FE, as I learnt my lesson on buying phones that are not future proof.
The screen is huge, it's light and slim, average cameras, average battery life.
Just the ram...
A pretty good phone, solid, but the downside is the 2gb ram. 2gb ram does nothing. If there is a 3gb ram version i would recommend this phone
Please save yourself and don't buy this
Adeola, 29 Nov 2019Is anyone using Samsung A10S? How good is the video cameraExcellent
used it and it was kool.....................................
Please never buy 2gb and 3gb ram
Nathan, 10 Nov 2020After I update my phone it authomatically shuting down i dont know why.... i have the same issue, I thought it was I virus or malware and had to reset it on sept. since then it has restarted by itself just one time.
It's hard to find a decent budget phone nowadays, thanks to manufacturers putting flame bombs in almost each one of them. Fortunately, this doesn't have one, so I bought it. Other than not enough RAM (mine is 2GB version), this phone is perfect for it's price.
After I update my phone it authomatically shuting down i dont know why....
i found it good to share: for those that love their old phones work without battery: Samsung A10 works without battery, only with charger. This is how:
• Unplug and take off the battery. All the other connections in their places
• Connect phone to charger and to the source of power
• Press briefly the power button after a while —when it's 1% or 2%— and, when the circle with 1% or 2% appears, press the power button again until it stops blinking and disappear: at this point it turns on
• Issues: the phone can turn off if there is an update, or anything that requires restart, etc. The charger must be its original charger 1.0A. It doesn't become heated
