don't miss it (Samsung J4, A10, A20): I have posted some writings about ASSISTANT MENU. There is a feature in it: CURSOR. It works like in a PC: cursor & touchpad. The "touchpad" is a shaded zone wherein you can "work" with the CURSOR.

I use A10 in Iran, i downloaded a movie with 8Mb/s download speed in heavy traffic in Tehran Hemmat highway, maybe your country operator has technical issue

Bought Samsung A10 from Dialog Axiata a month back but it given a disappointing & a terrible experience. Taking too much of time for downloading from Play store, Facebook and even too much delay on both loading and playing You-tube videos.
Play store: it took too much of time for downloading Viber / Whatzap , etc. Sometimes, it loaded till lijke 68% , 98% and then no more there onward at all.
Facebook: same scenario; even the "comments" are not loading but keep on blinking without appearing it's texts.
You-tube : same as above; it's take too much of time for loading even, in most of the times. Some time, videos getting starting to play as normal but start buffering after playing 10% - 30% and no more after that at all.
I have check about this in different locations where the signal strength was around -85dbm, -90dbm and -105dbm. Also, I have compared this with an older model of Samsung, Galaxy J2(2016), which is my wife's phone; but, it is working really faster in the same places.
Dialog Axiata confirmed that, this is not a problem of there network and/or setting( it should be true as, Samsung J2-2916 is working properly in the same places but, not Samsung A10 ???). So, they already replaced my phone to an another brand new Samsung A10 but, still the same scenario. Therefore, I do strongly believe, this is a Product error or an error of this particular series.

Go to SETTINGS > ABOUT PHONE > RESET > FACTORY (DATA) RESET.
Before this you must backup your important data

i also live in iran and i want to buy this phone.
i like to know more about this phone and spectially the problems some people seems to have in this forum.
1. how is the network quality of this phone. does 4g signal works with no problem (i use both hamrah e aval and irancell)?
2. do you have calling/dialing problems like some other users in here?
3. what is the overall performance for you? (as a normal user with some light or mid gaming like HCR2 and webing and youtube on mobile data)
4. is this phone capable of playing hevc x265 videos without major lags?
