Then, what do you see in the dialog box? What the phone asks from you? the sim is positioned in the small tray with the writing facing up (you see the writing) and with the phone screen facing up

See if 2gb ram version of m2 comes with 32gb or 16gb as a10 is 32gb.
M10 has an additional ultrawide camera of 2mp.
A10 is slightly better in gaming given gpu and cpu.
Other all things are nearly same.
Decide yourself...i bought a10 for my wife as my younger brother has a10 and i have seen it is amazing entry level phone. But my friends with a20 and a70 have complaints about speaker's weak sound output specially songs and call ringings.
Yet a10 is all in all great value...gives tough time to xiaomi redmi 7!!!!!
