I bought the a11 about 2 months ago and I have to say I love this phone. If you don't know how to use smart equipment you should stick to flip phones. I can do anything I want with this phone and very satisfied.

Basically this phone is trash. Useless camera, the screen isn't very sensitive plus its got network issues. I'm very disappointed

Guys help i just bought this phone sm a11 and the shop seller said it has to be installed the battery than the phone should be dead to put in the charge for 3 hours i couldn't finish the update of fabric and i dont know if he is taking charge...not satisfied with camera ...the under touch is not working good help what i can do with battery?

Wouldn't buy again i brought my husband one on 9/14/20 from t-mobile and had to pay to replace it in November 2020 First one didn't even last a month and all he ever did with the phone was calls and watch a few videos on on YouTube. Anyway got his replacement at the end of November and it is already having problems. Neither phone would connect to our home wifi. Hard to believe that Samsung and Google put out a phone this bad . Whatever happened to the old school phone seems to me that they charge more for the phones and they stop working faster. Guess the companies quit thinking of the customers and only how they could make more money. Out of the 2 Samsung phones I've had in 3 months I have spent more time talking to the experts at t-mobile trying to get the phones to work than using them .

Anonymous, 25 Dec 2020This phone is weird...it can't detect xinput gamepad via otg but can detect other things ... moreI have had the same problem. I wish they would fix the phone. I must say that the phone seems to crash with certain apps anyway and I have notice usb c port issues.

I think is doing well for now.But I discovered that it ... moretry turning off location and sync. disable pre-installed apps that you don't and won't likely use, uninstall them if you can. if you play games on the phone then it should be expected for it to heat because this phone is for average use (messaging, social media, streaming music)

I can't record calls using my phone its SM-A115F/DS am so disappointed with this phone.

got it for Christmas and I love it. I had an iPhone 6 . just wanted a change from everything apple or iPhone. it is a good phone I have spotify and messenger on it so it does what I want . it was a good price compared to a lot of phones. Very happy

Anonymous, 26 Dec 2020You can probably look it up in the search bar under widgets.if you go to the top of the phone and gently swipe down to reveal the usual blue tooth ,flight mode and the like.You will find the flash light to the very right of the screen.

This phone is weird...it can't detect xinput gamepad via otg but can detect other things like mouse and usb flash drive. Avoid this phone if you're planning to use it with a usb gamepad

very disappointed with this cell. The sd card it won't transfer my music and apps to my sd card. I ve done everything and it keeps malfunction shuts done on me resetting all the time causing issues.
