I've had this phone for around 7 months and I gotta say I love it. I had NO problems. It gets a little heated sometimes and the network seems to be lagging from time to time, but overall it's great. :)

I love this phone! Yes it does restart on its own, mostly when charging. That doesn't bother me, because I'm always sleeping when it does.

Me b samsung user hn. But this time it was good experience but you cant compare it even with samsung galaxy s3 .or s4 or s5.
Although it has few faults like it automatically restarts any time mostly while charging nd etc

Well. I have had this phone for less than three weeks, and the screen won't turn off, and the data stopped working. We went to our phone provider to fix the issues, and he told us that it wasn't a problem with the towers, or the service providers. It was the phone.
He tried everything within his knowledge, and nothing. I have not dropped the phone, or excessively charged it, or messed with the data. One more thing to note, is he said that it's a 50/50 chance whether you're gonna get a good A11 or not. so my recommendation is, Don't get an A11, for that matter, don't get a Samsung at all. I've had better experiences with LG.

I had the Samsung A11 for 5 months before the malfunctions. Customer service was not very helpful.They wanted me to mail the device 4-7 days. I explained that I am a senior and needed my phone to be able to call out and receive calls.I have already been without these services for 3 days.I spent hours at the carrier and it was determined it was definitely the phone. PLEASE DONOT GET THIS PHONE. YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE ME. 😥

No matter what. Do not buy this phone. Buy infinix or even old Samsung Galaxy Prime duos with 3gb ram

samsung is great, but their budget phones are really lacking. the 2 (and possibly 3) GBs of RAM could be a bottleneck, and in 2021 720p screens aren't the best. the battery is pretty good for the price, but both xiaomi and motorola have budget phones with 1080p displays, more RAM, and better chipsets.
