I got the A11 off of Tracfone. The phone is decent for the price. The performance can stutter and lag but overall the performance is ok for people who use their phone for calls text messages and browsing the web and scrolling through social media and maybe some light gaming. The battery life is pretty good as well.

I have had the A11 for 2 years. I find it convient but missing some options.
When I feel it is getting bulky to use (slow) I close all apps and use task killer and I am right back to great usage. I did install some very helpful apps and j like my phone. Jmho

I bought this phone a couple of weeks after being released, I wanted something basicly Simple and the A11 did it for Me.
The only thing I really wished this phone had was NFC feature for Cardless Electronic Pay to be able to Pay at Retail Stores and the Vending Machines I use a Lot at my Job. Other than that every other Feature has worked Successfully Satisfactory: the
1-Sound & Music, 2-Media & Pictures/Video, 3-Wireless Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, 4-Text/Email Communication and last but not least 5-Great Web-Browsing Experience and including being able to Synchronize all my Work in Microsoft Office Suite and other Apps across all my Devices and Controlling them from my A11. As the matter of fact, I'm going to use my A11 until my New Samsung, FLIP Z3 5G Arrives on Tuesday, May, 17, 2022.
If you are Not Looking for Anything too Fancy, I Recommend Getting the Galaxy A11 for under $100 anywhere.
You won't Regret it !!! 👈

I've had my Samsung Galaxy A11 phone for two years and it has never gave me any problems. I love my phone. Maybe you got a defective one. Remember, in every batch of good apples, there is a rotten one. That's life, deal with it. However just because you had a bad experience with your "Samsung Galaxy A11", does not imply that others will experience the same issue. Don't "bash" the phone based on your experience. In my opinion it is a very good phone. People in general will judge the world according to there own personal bias. Good luck to you.

The CEOs and engineers need to think if they would like to be treated the way they treat their consumers. Money can buy temporary happiness, but what if there is hell to pay? If a company knows it's product is poor, then they are guilty of fraud, theft and deceptive marketing practices, as well as operating without a conscience. All around a lose-lose situation in the long run. What does it profit if one gains the world and forfeits his soul?

One of the worst Samsung phones I've ever owned. Its Super Slow and I have to restart it everyday just to get it back to normal performance. nb. if you open an application, you better close it and refresh your phone if you want to use another app! That's Pointless! It also Lags hard if you dare try to play any type of games on that! #Worstbuyever Guess I gotta go back to LG

My A11 was fine at first then it got clunky and slow, and with every update, it just got worse. The memory is very limited at 32 GB and even with a Micro SD card of 512 GB. I can hardly do anything with it. The problem is you can't use the Micro SD card as internal storage no matter how hard you try. I have looked for hacks and have only come out very frustrated. The Micro SD card in this phone is good for pictures and videos but since most Apps have to be run on internal memory it plugs up quickly. Did Samsung purposely take away the ability to use Micro SD Cards as internal memory so that you would run out of space quickly and have to buy a more expensive phone with more internal memory? I have heard they did it because Micro SD cards are too slow or something, but isn't a phone with plugged-up memory is even slower? SMH...

my A11 was fine until it wasnt. the internal non removable hattery swelled so big it split the phone open! No warning just got hot while i charged it and i picked it up off the charger and the phone was 3/4 open. i was terrified the battery was going to explode. Samsung you have to do better.

I came here to read other opinions on the A11, and found that my experiences were identical. It is a piece of junk. I often have to tap the screen up to 10 times to get it to respond, I often miss calls because I can't answer - the phone won't respond (it's a PHONE! Its primary job is sending and receiving calls!), apps open achingly slowly, often do not respond to input, it goes to voice mail before I can get to it, alerts stay on the screen for too short a time to read them - in short, it is a miserable piece of engineering. Miserable.
It is not worth the money I spent on it - and I got it free (!) from AT&T as they ramp up their panic drill to shove everyone off 3G. I have two phones - the other is an iPhone 6E that I also got free from AT&T, and the difference is astounding - even though I don't use the iPhone (although I am doing so increasingly as I get more and more frustrated with the A11). I have ordered an S20 Ultra+ 5G, because I need a bigger screen and decided I wanted a good camera; but if it behaves like this Samsung, this will be the last Samsung I ever buy. It is an outrage that they foisted this anchor on the public in the guise of a smartphone.

This phone does everything I need it for and I'm pleased after a year and a half use. My only problem is apps opening when I activate it. So... I turn them off and go about my business. It was/is a steal for $129 at my best buy.

Samsung a11 is like the worst phones in the world! It's like only has a small storage and it is only 32gb! Like it wants me to uninstall the apps that I loved when I don't have enough space to download some apps!

Cellcom and this phone is a piece of shit I think I'm going to go to Verizon I put the phone up to my face adjust screen jumps all over the place chunk had to get it though took away my G5

I bought one and am very happy with it. Does everything I want and is good for video conferences. I use if to teach online.
Compared to the others, it seems like 32 gigs is not much storage. But I'm using only about half, probably because I don't store videos on it.
