I have owned this phone for a year and here is my experience first of all its so damm expensive in the phillipines its cost about 5000 pesos, Screen shit, performace shit cause it has a 32bit prossesor, keypad its ok,but the worst that the phone has is a slow prossesing speed like it takes a min to load a google website on a decent wifi buy the phone if you want but its shit in everything

I'm currently using the 2gb ram/32gb rom and it sucks. When I paly pubg lite or any other battle Royal game it lags a lot and the heat also, after 1 game the phone is already burning up. Overall this phone is really bad I don't recommend it for buying. I'm hoping to upgrade to Xiaomi poco x3 pro but I don't think it's gonna be any time soon because I can't afford it. 🥺😔😔

My previous smartphone broke and I needed a cheap one to get me through the year. I use it only for communication and simple apps. No games and I am not fussed about super cameras.
It was marketed in my country as a simple phone for children or elderly. I am neither but still use it for simple things.
I am very happy with what it does for me and I would recommend it for like minded people. It is a shame people were expecting a lot more from a phone with these specs. Maybe it was marketed poorly.

I've been using Samsung S4"s which I'm comfortable with. I had to get a 5g phone and I got the A11 at a reasonable price. It does everything well as far as I'm concerned and I don't have any problems with the speed. I also have a Samsung AO2s and I find it a little harder to navigate but except for it being kinfa different, it also is good enough. It's inevitable that a new phone has a different feel. Think positive. Things change but they're phones, cameras and access to the internet.

Worst phone I have ever had! This phone is a piece of shit, I can barely do anything with it. It is so slow and it freezes almost everytime I open an app. It takes about 5 minutes to respond after restarting it. Apps close by themselves and also it overheats too much. And the camera, I dont even want to talk about it, it is horrible. The sound sucks as well, my ears bleed everytime I play something on it. It is really frustrating to use this garbage. Please do not buy this thing if you want to have a free-stress life. And if you already bought this crap, just throw it away and get yourself something better like an old Nokia, that I am pretty sure it will work way better than this mf.

Its not that bad tho you can play online game to low to mid graphics plus the new commponents that android 11 added i think its not that bad for a budjet gaming phone

what a piece of crapp, how do i go back to retrieve a code sent by our stupid government. when I do I lose the page.there is a way,but samsung go around the mulberry bush to explain it. this is by far the worse phone samsung have ever made,but they have lost the plot all round. A 75 year old doesn't know how to flick fingers & swipe this or that.The only simple thing adout this phone are the poor fools (like me who bought it) A pensioner doesn't want a $1000 phone,even at $300 it is a dud & a waste of time & money. Samsung should be ashamed,withdraw the piece of shit.

this phone is quite blah. In this day and age, a 2gb/32gb phone with it's Chipset is quite child's play. Samsung knows the standard people have for phones these days, and with them bringing this underpowered phone to the market, even budget market, it's quite shitty on their part. People deserve a reliable phone that will be able to get them through their day. If this phone was released a couple years ago, I would understand, as phones weren't as useful as they are now. But this phone is a sad embarrassment in this day and age. In conclusion, phone is really underpowered, underperforming, and tbh quite glitchy and troublesome on semi frequent occasion. Not a good look for Samsung.

While I can agree with some of the complaints here, I can honestly say at the end of the day, as long as I can atleast make a phone call, send/recieve texts with it, or someone can get a hold of me, then the phone is worth it. The rest is just fluff.
If all you use it for is gaming and wasting time though, then you do know there are better options then a communications device for this.

When powering on, the transition from my carrier screen (AT&T in this case) to a fully loaded lockscreen took up to 20 seconds. Bringing up the keypad on the menu to unlock the phone took 15-25 seconds as well, and after all that AND attempting to optimize thr device through the developer srttings, it still can't smoothly bring the notification bar down.
Keep in mind this was after I factory reset the device for the same reason before that. I can safely say that this phone is 100% not worth purchasing in the slightest, and any Motorola is infinitely better in price and power.

Absolutely the worst phone I've ever owned. Had this phone brand new for about 10 months and now all of a sudden, in the middle of the night while it's charging, it will start making that notification beep sound when plugging in the charging cord over and over again. The phone will not allow me to turn it off or restart it. It just keeps beeping. So I ended up prying off the back cover and ripping the tether out from it's connection to the battery to get it to shut up.
The fingerprint scanner also worked when it wanted to. It had so many glitches, the camera quality was horrendous. The audio recorded from videos sounded like it was underwater. I mean this phone is the definition of trash.
